Tom Hurford – Founder
Tom began honing his extensive business skills when he started his career in the financial services industry during which he managed a premier UBS Financial office with combined client assets of more than $1.2 billion. From there, he followed his true passion for owning, restructuring, operating and growing start up and small to medium sized growth companies. In the past 18 years, Tom has had C-Level experience in the Printing, Retail, Real Estate, Biotech and Human Resources industries. From this wide exposure to large and small companies, Tom has developed a true appreciation for the importance of integrity, detailed strategic planning and the focused implementation of those plans. His extensive background in finance and operations combined with his years of experience in sales provide him with a unique management skill set.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Denver with a BSBA degree in Finance and Marketing. He has made Monument, Colorado his home along with his wife Beth and his two sons Cole and Clay. Tom is a board member of the Scott Hall Field of Dreams Foundation. Tom formerly coached with Scott and has coached teams in baseball, basketball, football and golf.
